Shipping Policy

Once you place an order and make your payment, it can take up to (24 - 48 hours) for your payment to process. 

After your payment has been processed your order will be shipped.

Canada Orders: 3-5 business days

U.S Orders: 5-7 business days

International Orders: 7-14 business days

We will send you a tracking number once your order has shipped, if you did not receive a tracking number via email that means your order has not been shipped out yet.

International Shipping:

'Arden Beauty Bar' offers international shipping, we are not responsible for any additional fees, customs taxes or import taxes that may occur upon receiving your order. 

It is advised that you inquire about any additional fees involved with your international shipments with the courier service before you place an order with us.

We ship all of our products from Canada!

Services & Booking Information:

All services are first come first serve! After you have completed the form on my website for the service you want to book you then will be contacted via email to further consult about  about your order inquiry, you will also get the processing time and tracking information for clients that choose the shipping option, for local clients you will be instructed on what to do to via email as well, please keep in mind that I work within my booking schedule from first to last to be fair.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, all orders will have a tracking number sent to you via email, if you have any questions or concerns please contact your local post office.

When will I receive my order? 

Once the order has been processed you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been shipped, once the items are shipped please allow the specific business days listed above excluding holidays to receive your order.

How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers will be sent out via email once your order is shipped out, tracking numbers are emailed during the order fulfilment.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure their shipping address is correct before finalizing their orders to prevent delays or lost shipment. Do not place last minute orders, please give yourself time to ensure that you receive your products before any important events. We are not responsible for any late packages that is out of our control.
